Radiology Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Department Manager to join our team at Emory Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology department and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of radiologic technologists and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist radiologists in performing invasive and non-invasive mammographic and sonographic procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
