We are seeking a skilled RN to lead our Cellular therapy and stem cell transplant program as a Coordinator Lead. This role will report to the Cellular Therapy Program Manager and will be responsible for developing and providing education to staff involved in the program. The successful candidate will have experience in oncology, with preference given to those with relevant teaching experience, nursing staff development, or specialty area expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate educational programs. Experience in stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies is strongly preferred.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Education: Assess learning needs based on regulatory requirements, evidence-based practice, and staff-identified needs.
  • Administrative Role: Develop SOPs related to clinical practice for the cellular therapy and stem cell transplant programs in collaboration with the Cell Therapy Program Quality Manager.
  • Role Development: Support the development of nursing leadership skills in self and clinical nursing staff according to ANA Standards of Practice.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Represent nursing in the development of interprofessional learning activities.
  • Champion of Scientific Inquiry: Develop, educate, and implement quality improvement initiatives and outcomes across the program.
  • Orientation: Develop, implement, and manage Cell Therapy and stem cell transplant competency-based orientation.
