POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER

SUMMARY

Blue Castle Agency is in search of a proactive and enthusiastic General Manager to oversee the Homeowners Association (HOA) for one of our vibrant community associations. This role presents a unique chance to leverage your skills and influence the development of a community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to clients
  • Evaluate clients' financial health, including assets and liabilities
  • Manage vendor relationships through contracted services
  • Facilitate routine maintenance and enhancements for the Association(s)
  • Draft Requests for Proposals (RFP) and define project scopes
  • Support the Board of Directors with actionable items and task lists
  • Lead and participate in Board of Director meetings

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and provide excellent service
