- Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Hospitality Services: Oversee the maintenance of client conference rooms and common areas, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use.
- Floor Coordination: Maintain copy rooms and general supplies, ensuring timely delivery and upkeep.
- Facilities Services: Assist with minor office relocations, cleaning tasks, and liaising with key contacts regarding facility concerns.

Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED.
