Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse in this role will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise in critical care nursing will be essential in managing complex patient cases and collaborating with our medical team to make informed decisions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current and valid state RN license, as well as current BLS certification. ACLS certification is preferred. Previous acute care hospital experience, particularly in ventilator management, is highly desirable. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is also preferred.
