- Serve as a role model and mentor for students and other staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Maintain accountability for own practice and aspects of care delegated to others, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Masters Degree in Nursing required.
- RN, BCLS, and ACLS certifications in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Five (5) years of nursing experience with three (3) years in area of specialty practice.
