Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our brewing team, you will oversee and manage the brewing processes to ensure adherence to both internal and external quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting high-quality products while providing leadership to enhance operational efficiency. This role is essential in aligning our manufacturing plants and suppliers with our stringent quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the brewing operations, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with co-manufacturers, addressing production challenges and fostering strong business relationships.
  • Evaluate beer quality and provide actionable recommendations for product enhancement.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in brewing, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with TTB regulations and maintain rigorous quality assurance practices throughout the brewing process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Brewing/Fermentation, Engineering, or Food Science, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in beverage manufacturing and quality management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brewing materials, processes, and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a brewing or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Physical capability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
