Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our IV Team as a key member of our healthcare team. As an IV Team Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring central lines, accessing/de-accessing ports, placing midlines, and performing other complex patient-care procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans under limited supervision.
  • Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures specific to your expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
  • Provide care to patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
  • ONS Certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in IV Team nursing is preferred. BLS Certification through the American Heart Association is required.
