Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of parts sales professionals to provide exceptional support to the service department and dealership customers.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage the inventory system, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize department revenue and achieve performance standards.
  • Manage the parts and accessories inventory and ordering system to ensure a balanced inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales, and gross margins.
  • Establish and adjust selling prices based on market trends and customer demand.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and facilitate timely purchases of accessory inventory.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the parts department.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail parts sales and inventory management.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills to lead a diverse team.
  • Experience with point-of-sale and computerized inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of dealer management tools, such as CDK and Lightspeed.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for power sports.
  • Knowledge of motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and services is a plus.
