Territory Supervisor Job Description

As a Territory Supervisor at Hallmark, you will play a key role in leading a team of Retail Merchandisers to ensure the success of our card departments and outposts. This part-time position requires a strong leader who can inspire and empower their team to achieve sales goals and maintain high-quality card displays.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Manage Service: Lead a team of 5-10 Retail Merchandisers, ensuring well-maintained card departments and timely execution of everyday and seasonal programs.
  • Department Remodels and Resets: Prepare, direct, and follow up on minor installations, including resetting product, building fixtures, and merchandising product.

A successful Territory Supervisor must be a strong leader, people manager, decision-maker, and problem-solver. They must be able to motivate a group of individuals, follow through on commitments, lead by example, and effectively manage change.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Inspire and empower your team to achieve sales goals and maintain high-quality card displays.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with Retail Merchandisers, store management, and your manager to resolve conflicts and address issues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identify, analyze, and solve problems to ensure the success of our card departments and outposts.

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Benefits: Part-time employees with a work schedule less than 30 hours have access to a variety of voluntary benefits through Hallmark, including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage (preventive care).

Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour.
