About This Role

Crate & Barrel is seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team as an Assistant Store Leader, Visual Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the merchandising team to create an exceptional visual experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and direct the merchandising team to achieve sales and visual goals.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the Store Leader and other functional Assistant Store Leaders to establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations within the store.
  • Performance Management: Coach, teach, train, recognize, and manage all aspects of performance and development for all store associates.
  • Sales Promotion: Focus on promoting and driving sales as they pertain to or are driven by the position and acting as the Leader on Duty (LOD).
  • Results Analysis: Analyze results through reporting, translating numbers into actionable behaviors and goals to improve KPI results.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers are provided gracious, quick, and efficient service, setting expectations and modeling excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Availability: Full-Time roles require open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
