Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Team Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #172. As a General Merchandise Team Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and ensuring that our Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing any debris or obstacles.
  • Ensure that Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are well-stocked and visually appealing, including painting and fabric cutting as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
