Chief Reserving Actuary Leader

Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a seasoned Chief Reserving Actuary to lead their Workers Compensation reserving team.

You will oversee a team of 3 actuaries and report directly to the Group Chief Actuary.

  • Strong reserving experience (minimum 8 years)
  • ACAS or FCAS qualifications

Previous management experience is advantageous, and Workers Compensation experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a hybrid schedule (50/50) and hold the right to work in the USA (green card or US Citizen, as sponsorship cannot be facilitated).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Workers Compensation reserving team
  • Manage and develop team members
  • Collaborate with the Group Chief Actuary

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
