Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support to medical/surgical staff and personnel during surgical procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Assist surgeons and medical staff with surgical procedures
* Maintain a sterile environment during operations
* Prepare and sterilize equipment and instruments
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operation of the surgical department

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* American Heart Association BLS certification required
* Certification as a CST or TS-C preferred
* Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program preferred
* Two or more years of experience working as a Surgical Technologist preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
