Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Cynet Health in White Plains, NY. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate respiratory therapy treatments, including mechanical ventilation, invasive and non-invasive
  • Conduct breathing therapy and patient assessment, including postural drainage, percussion, and bronchial hygiene techniques
  • Perform bedside pulmonary function tests and blood gas puncture and analysis
  • Respond to cardiac arrest and Rapid Response situations, and perform CPR
  • Collaborate with patients, family members, peers, physicians, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved program of Respiratory Therapy
  • Current and valid New York State Respiratory Therapy license
  • Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • NRP and ACLS certifications strongly recommended
