Responsibilities:
As the Associate Store Manager, you will:
Collaborate with the Store Manager to formulate action plans aimed at achieving results and expanding the business.
Demonstrate product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational skills to maximize revenue.
Engage with customers to cultivate relationships and foster brand loyalty using company resources.
Work alongside the Store Manager to nurture team members who are dedicated to providing an excellent experience for our customers.
Assist the Store Manager in ensuring that store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
Gain insights into all facets of the business and share innovative ideas to drive success.
Maintain composure in challenging situations and unexpected events.
Process POS transactions during assigned shifts and perform management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications:
You will also possess:
2+ years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, retail environment (preferred).
Proven history of surpassing sales and performance expectations.
Flexible availability to accommodate the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
May require occasional travel to other locations (if necessary).
