Job Title: Truck Driver CDL A No Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Driver CDL A to join our team at Ryder in Mankato, MN. As a solo driver, you will be responsible for delivering freight to various locations across the region.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a Class A CDL license and a minimum of 9 months of verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver freight to various locations across the region
  • Operate a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL license
  • Minimum of 9 months of verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

  • Solo miles pay: $0.60 per mile with 2000+ miles per week
  • Solo stops pay: $18.75 per stop with 8+ stops per week
  • Per diem pay: $27.50 per night with 4 nights per week
  • Overnights for route in sleeper
  • NEW consecutive multi-night route premium of $150
  • Loyalty bonus: $5000 - pays you $2500 at 6 months and $2500 at 12 months
