The Intelligent Creation Team focuses on AI, special effects, and audio-video technology, driving core innovations and business growth.
This team spans various technical domains, including deep learning, computer vision, graphics, and audio processing, delivering advanced content understanding, creation, and interactive experiences to both internal and external partners.
Core Responsibilities- Engage in pioneering research and development in computer vision and machine learning, particularly in multi-modal understanding, vision-language integration, and large-scale training methodologies.
- Facilitate the integration of advanced technologies into ByteDance products.
- Investigate new product opportunities centered around artificial intelligence technologies.
To be considered, candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of research and practical experience in computer vision, with a focus on:
- Expertise in multimodal understanding, including video highlight detection and audio comprehension.
- Proficiency in vision-language tasks such as image/video captioning and visual question answering.
- Experience with language models and their application in intelligent editing tasks.
- Background in large-scale training and reinforcement learning from human feedback.
- Preference for candidates with publications in leading conferences such as CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL, or EMNLP.
- Strong algorithmic and programming skills, particularly in C/C++ and Python.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Capability to work independently.
