Job Description Overview

Moleaer Inc is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team to assemble Nanobubble Generators, and assist with receiving, shipping, and other miscellaneous tasks.

The Assembly Technician will be tasked with assembling small to large industrial nanobubble generators that are used in aquaculture, wastewater treatment, hydroponics and pond/lake treatment. The candidate will be crimping wires, adding connectors, and assembling compressors, pumps and various plumbing/tubing using a combination of work instructions, assembly drawings and electrical schematics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble nanobubble generators, inspect and qualify parts and sub-assemblies, and perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of products in workstations, receive and store raw materials, and assist with outgoing finished good shipments to customers.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld screw and drill gun, and perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Communication: Assist with receiving incoming raw materials, review packing slips, and communicate with staff to ensure all inventory is properly documented and stored.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Two (2) years of work experience assembling a finished product, experience using tools for assembly purposes, and ability to read and interpret work instructions, 2D drawings, inspection reports, specifications, and procedures.
  • Skills: Solid communication skills, proficient with hand tools, ability to lift 50-60 lbs, and detail/quality oriented.
