- Modify and repair components as required, using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of components.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, fabrication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and component interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods.
