About the Role:
The Presbyterian Homes and Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify and address potential safety hazards
• Respond to customer requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
