Commercial Litigation Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team at Lewis Brisbois. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation, including landlord and tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA and landlord-tenant compliance, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy.
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide guidance on litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure seamless case management and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Georgia Bar.
  • At least three (3) years of complex commercial litigation experience.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
