Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for advising, advocating for, and representing our clients' interests in a strategic and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on business litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contract negotiations, and litigation strategy
  • Represent clients in court, including bench and jury trials, mediation, and arbitration
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client cases
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties to ensure seamless case management
  • Manage and maintain case deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in business litigation, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Excellent command of details, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Active Georgia Bar license with no disciplinary history
Preferred Qualifications
  • Admittance to Federal Court
  • Bankruptcy experience
  • Working knowledge of MyCase or similar case management software
