The Role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for customer service and product knowledge. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating a unique experience for our customers by demonstrating, quoting, and closing sales. You'll also be expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our product line and apply common sense and good taste at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues
  • Maintain store standards and perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to listen effectively
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
