  • Program Development and Management
    • Support the development and implementation of our global health and safety strategy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on strategic plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Management and Analysis
    • Manage data entry and tracking of metrics and processes in our EHS management system.
    • Perform routine data analysis and research to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and review EHS programs, policies, and training materials in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
    • Facilitate site-specific EHS training requirements.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance
    • Drive and participate in EHS risk assessments and perform periodic facility audits to identify potential EHS hazards.
    • Partner with teams to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Contractor Safety and Compliance
    • Manage contractor safety program deployment.
    • Ensure compliance with COVID-19 workplace protection measures and response.
  • Special Projects and Support
    • Participate in special projects such as emergency response, cost reduction, and other duties as assigned.
    • Support efforts of local safety committees.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of EHS experience.
  • Knowledge and hands-on application of domestic and international EHS regulatory standards, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Strong program development and management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
