We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Harbor Health Services, Inc. in Boston, MA. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in implementing our nutrition program for the Elder Service Plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and providing guidance to participants and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct timely initial and annual nutrition assessments, documenting diet orders, height and weight, lab results, dietary history, and medical conditions.
  • Develop individual nutrition plans, ensuring effective communication with participants, IDT, and caregivers.
  • Provide nutrition education and guidance to participants, family members, and caregivers.
  • Recommend and arrange for nutrition supplements and home-delivered meals as needed.
  • Ensure kitchen operations and maintenance comply with OSHA, DPH, PACE, and CMS regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics, Master's degree preferred.
  • Current License in Massachusetts as a Registered Dietitian and BLS Certification.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office 365.
  • One year of experience in nutrition counseling and assessments, with one year of geriatrics experience required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
