KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management
  • Evaluates sales data and key performance indicators to identify business needs; collaborates with the Store Manager to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Sets clear expectations and holds the team accountable for meeting brand standards and performance metrics.
  • Manages payroll and inventory budgets efficiently.
  • Oversees essential operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory audits, and financial documentation.
  • Ensures all financial transactions are conducted accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintains adherence to legal regulations and loss prevention protocols; provides training to associates on compliance matters.
  • Manages operational processes including inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
  • Ensures that the store's visual presentation aligns with brand standards.
  • Fosters a high-performance culture, encouraging the sales team to achieve sales and productivity targets.
  • Provides training and coaching to enhance product knowledge among team members.

Team Development
  • Inspires and motivates the store team, cultivating a shared vision while exemplifying core values.

  • Ensures a smooth and efficient checkout process, staying informed on policies regarding transactions and returns.
  • Encourages team members to maintain consistent communication with clients through loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.

Talent Management

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proven track record in sales and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Familiarity with administrative aspects of retail operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for meeting operational objectives; flexibility to work various shifts is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing during operational tasks.
