Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $37,760 and $41,600, with a night shift differential applicable to certain shifts. This compensation package includes significant earning potential in year one, progressive pay, and additional earnings through our employee ownership program.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires operating and maintaining production lines, including slitting down master rolls, rewinding questionable materials, and ensuring quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical and mechanical skills, as well as the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in plastic extrusion preferred
- Ability to work with measuring tools and exhibit solid technical/mechanical aptitude
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 65lbs during a 12-hour shift
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain focus on safety and quality production
- Basic computer knowledge and strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
