Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Secretary to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student information, attendance, and grades.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with special events and projects, as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, with a variable schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
