Job Summary

Allied Reliability is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team in maintaining an industrial laundry facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance and be able to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.


Key Responsibilities

**Equipment Maintenance**: Assist in the repair, maintenance, and installation of industrial equipment, systems, and components, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.


**Preventive Maintenance**: Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.


**Safety and Quality**: Identify and resolve safety concerns, and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of maintenance work.


**Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain inventory supplies, and ensure that all necessary materials are available for maintenance tasks.


**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.


Requirements
  • **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in an industrial environment or in the military.
  • **Literacy**: Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
  • **Blueprint Reading**: Experience with and ability to read blueprints.
  • **Computer Skills**: Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • **Physical Demands**: Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8-hour shift.
  • **Education**: High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred Qualifications
  • **Boiler Knowledge**: Experience with boilers and ability to perform boiler-related tasks.
  • **HVAC Experience**: Experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • **Welding Skills**: Ability to perform welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
