Marketing and Sales Coordinator Opportunity

IvyMax San Marino Corp is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our education services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content to raise awareness of our brand and education philosophy.
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, handouts, and project bios.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager on special projects.
  • Conduct market research to support pursuit efforts.
  • Assist with other team projects and operational needs as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or sales, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Google/Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and digital software design.
  • At least 1-2 years of marketing and sales experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a focus on quality work.
