Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or real estate, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • Program Management: Proven experience in program management, including staffing, planning, and people management, managing performance and profitability, financial planning, promoting process improvement, and strategic planning.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Analytical and Organizational: Highly analytical and organized, with the ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Education: Preferred equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
