We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Cybersecurity and Network Architecture to lead our company's IT infrastructure and security efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the integrity and resilience of our network infrastructure, and overseeing the deployment of network and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and risk tolerance.
  2. Lead IT Infrastructure and Security Teams: Lead the IT infrastructure and security teams, overseeing the deployment of network and security infrastructures, and managing large-scale projects.
  3. Establish Secure Network Architectures: Establish and maintain secure network architectures for both cloud-based and on-premise environments.
  4. Monitor and Improve Security Performance: Proactively monitor the company's security and network performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
  5. Conduct Regular Security Tests: Conduct and oversee regular systems tests and ensure continuous monitoring of network security.
  6. Develop and Enforce Security Policies: Develop and enforce policies and procedures for network administration, security protocols, and disaster recovery.
  7. Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with service providers to ensure service levels meet company needs.
  8. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest networking and security technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve the infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Expert Knowledge in Network Architecture and Security Management: Expert knowledge in network architecture and security management, with the ability to establish and maintain secure network architectures.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in Network Management and Security: Minimum of 10 years of experience in network management and security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale IT projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
