Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, referrals, and networking events.

Financial Planning and Investment Advice

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon, and provide personalized investment advice and financial planning recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.

Branch Management and Team Leadership

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team of financial advisors, and ensuring that the branch is operating in accordance with firm policies and procedures.

Business Development and Growth

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing and implementing business plans, and collaborating with other teams to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry.

Financial Services Registration and Licensing

You will be required to obtain and maintain various financial services registrations and licenses, including the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Skills and Qualities

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding of financial markets and products, and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
