About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Coordinator to join our Partnership Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our sales staff, ensuring seamless execution of game day and event operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with game day setup, including signage, hospitality events, and game day displays
  • Fulfillment of on-field promotions for corporate sponsors, including displays, promotional materials, and contests
  • Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint
  • Utilize our proprietary system to create reports, provide analysis, and conduct market research
  • Communicate with various departments, including Athletics and promotions personnel, as well as Sports Properties sales staff
  • Provide office and administrative support
  • Assist with game day program sales
Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing is preferred
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to initiate and maintain personal relationships
  • Highly organized, with a focus on attention to detail and quality over quantity
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as social media
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including home football and men's basketball games
