LPN Staff Nurse 3p-11p M-F Weekend On-Call Rotation

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Peak Resources, a leading nursing home, memory care, and assisted living company in North Carolina. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to our mission of enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Implement and participate in the established healthcare plan for residents, working closely with the Registered Nurse (RN) and other healthcare professionals.
- Collect and analyze data to support ongoing care and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Current BLS CPR certification, including in-person skills assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- One to two years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
