Peak Resources, a leading provider of nursing home, memory care, and assisted living services in North Carolina, is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Peak Resources, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of established healthcare plans for residents, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist in ongoing data collection and support the development of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Current BLS CPR certification, including in-person skills assessment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or nursing facility setting
