Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Position in Quincy, WA

Soliant Therapy is a leading provider of speech therapy services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a full-time basis at an exceptional school in Quincy, WA.
Compensation PackageThe successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including an estimated hourly rate of $52.50-$62.50 per hour, depending on experience. This is a guaranteed hourly rate, ensuring that our SLPs earn a fair wage for their skills and expertise.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students with varying levels of need.
- Evaluate students' communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy into the educational environment.
- Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to track student growth and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Bill Medicaid for provided services, ensuring timely reimbursement for our clients.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active or pending licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in schools, preferably with a focus on pediatrics.
- Comfort working with electronic medical records and billing systems.
- Guaranteed hours and weekly paychecks ensure stability and predictability.
- Direct and indirect hours billable, allowing for maximum reimbursement potential.
