Leading Speech Language Pathologist for Student Success

Soliant Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Red Sunnyslope, Washington. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders.
Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect benefits such as weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, and access to health, vision, dental, and 401k plans.
About the RoleAs a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions to students in both individual and group settings.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a valid Washington state SLP License, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess students with communication disorders to diagnose their needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
