Position SummaryThe Branch Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and driving business growth. This position demands active engagement with vendors, clients, field teams, and corporate divisions. The ideal candidate will possess experience in temporary traffic control, utilities, or the construction sector, ensuring the effective delivery of quality operations by our service teams. The primary objective is to optimize the use of personnel, equipment, and materials in a safe and efficient manner to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the execution, coordination, and management of branch operations aligned with the corporate strategic vision.
- Assist in setting and developing sales objectives, forecasts, and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of policies and strategic plans.
- Promote a culture of safety among employees and clients, conducting regular safety meetings in line with the company's Safety and Illness Prevention Program.
- Implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability while managing the budget effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to cost efficiency and revenue, keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and relevant trench shoring regulations, actively participating in the estimating process.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an operations management role, successfully leading teams and processes.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven history of success.
- Proficient in P&L management.
- Excellent technical skills and mathematical proficiency.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Proven experience in financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching abilities; adept at executing new business initiatives while maintaining trust and commitment from clients and employees.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to expand market presence.
- Preferred experience in Trench Shoring Services, Utilities, or the Construction Industry; local knowledge is advantageous.
