Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring effective and reliable processes.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and resource management.
- Provide strategic leadership for multiple operations, managing a workforce of over 400 employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality production of new and existing products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, implementing cost containment strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
