Nexus HR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Manager for our reputable hospice company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our interdisciplinary team in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing personnel, Hospice Aides, and Homemakers, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Patient Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing education and training to staff members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the Quality Assessment/Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- On-Call Coverage: Provide 24-hour/day, seven days/week on-call coverage, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
- Staffing and Assignments: Oversee staffing and assignments, ensuring that patients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules, accreditation standards, and hospice policies in all patient care aspects of the hospice.
- Education: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
- Experience: Two years of hospice or home health experience is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Communication Skills: Great communication skills (verbal and written) are essential for this role.
- Relocation: Must be willing to work in Atlanta, GA or Alpharetta, GA.
