We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Host/Ticket Desk to join our team at Entertainment Promotions. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless ticketing and seating processes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and inviting greeting to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently seat guests in the proper section based on seating rotation, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
  • Monitor existing reservations and schedule future restaurant reservations, adhering to STRIKE+REEL's reservation guidelines.
  • Sell admission tickets to guests, collecting and examining tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and genuine manner, answering questions about movie times and seating with confidence.
  • Enforce the movie ratings system in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Assist guests with fun card purchases at kiosks and provide general information about STRIKE+REEL via phone.
  • Show appreciation for guests as you escort them to their tables, providing clean menus, server information, and chef specials.
  • Thank guests as they exit and invite them to return.
  • Greet and assist group services with the arrival of group/party guests.
  • Assist servers with bussing, side work, and other tasks as needed.
  • Support the Dessert Bar and food running during peak times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area, door windows, and host stand.
  • Assist in other areas as requested by a lead or manager.
  • Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Having a great attitude and smile.
  • Maintaining composure during peak business hours.
Special Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Obtain training certification per company policy.
