  • The successful candidate will manage assigned administrative duties and support team-related tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • This role requires a highly organized individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and maintain close contact with international team members.
  • The Operations Team Assistant will be responsible for coordinating with the IT department on office equipment, monitoring office supplies inventory, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Additionally, this role involves preparing and tracking purchase orders, vendor/customer setup, and onboarding (KYC, bank verification, etc.), as well as reviewing and approving office supply and equipment acquisitions.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma with experience in office management or recent college graduate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures is a plus.
