About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team at GB - Global. As a key member of our Claims team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex workers' compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and extent of damages
  • Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies
  • Communicate with claimants, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims
  • Manage and maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field
  • Active Adjusters' licenses in all states in which claims are being handled
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with claims management software and systems
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
