Department Overview
Become a part of our vibrant 17-bed Emergency Department (ED) where we maintain a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio. Our diverse team comprises RNs, CNAs, Paramedics, Secretaries, and Providers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere to deliver outstanding care. We handle a wide range of patient cases, including abdominal pain and respiratory distress, and take pride in our chest pain accreditation. With an average daily patient volume of around 80, this role provides the chance to contribute to high-quality emergency medical services while working with a committed team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program is required, along with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
Additional requirements include:
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- AHA ACLS and AHA PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
- Handle With Care training within 90 days of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
