Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our skincare team, you will be responsible for leading our esthetician team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the esthetician team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Manager in scheduling, inventory management, and training estheticians.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure all FACE FOUNDRI standards are met.
  • Conduct coaching conversations with team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior leadership experience in the salon or spa industry.
  • Availability to work onsite events, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Requirements
  • 1-2 years of salon or spa experience.
  • 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry.
