Studio Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our team at Icebox Cryotherapy Sugar Land. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
• Promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle.
• Manage and exceed assigned revenue and member base goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the business.
• Cultivate a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
• Manage, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of staff.
• Manage disciplinary actions involving all Icebox studio employees.
• Create relationships with guests to further personalize their experience.
• Ensure the studio is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.

• 3 years of sales experience required.
• 1 year of management experience is required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management.
• Solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence.
• Proven sales leadership.
• Ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Keen on driving sales and service excellence.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Health & Fitness-minded people strongly preferred.
• Associate or bachelors degree.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
