Pure Barre Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Pure Barre. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new membership sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  • Conduct tours of the facility and establish personal relationships with clients to understand their goals and needs
  • Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals and participate in special events to promote the studio
  • Operate studio gym software and communicate with prospective clients via various channels
  • Merchandise and stock inventory for retail clothing and other items, as well as take pictures for social media platforms
  • Perform light cleaning duties in the retail area, studio, and restrooms
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • A warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
