Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Puryear Development Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience working with HVAC units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and make any necessary repairs.
  • Inspect the building for any structural damage and perform necessary repairs.
  • Keep a record of completed repairs and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to prevent safety risks.
  • Perform additional maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
  • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
  • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
